surpressing tics is so uncomfortable bru

Before I tic, I feel this really intense urge to do it. But this urge is partners with a weird fricking uh hurry feeing. And it's like I NEED to tic to get rid of that feeling. Aaauhh and then I get bullied for it?!!! crashing out
